Definitely a SCAM. I got the same batch of TXT's from them and the 516-417-8399 number to call. I wouldn't recommend that anyone talk to them. Just hang up and block their TXT ID. BTW.....the guy said his name was "Riccardo" and from having lived in the LI NY area, I recognized the 516 area code (South Nassau County). Based on a call I made to some law enforcement friends in that area, I suspect the Cell Phone has been turned off by now.
