Another one of those "oh, I'm not a salesperson; I'm TOO FAMILIAR with you/r employees!"  Asked for our CSO by first name only, then, when asked if he had a message to leave, goes, "oh this is Michael from National, what's his mobile number again?"

Michael is rather a tool, and no number was given to him on this day. Hopefully others stop/don't fall for his faux familiarity.  

Got a call today from Michael at National.  He asks for the CEO by first name and then proceeded to tell me that he wanted to know if my boss had received the "Fedex package" that my boss had requested.  Of course no one requested anything from this guy and since I have the ability to see any and all packages expected from Fedex I told him that we did not request anything.  He told he that he would have to talk to his supervisor.  
Such unprofessional dribble.  
Not sure what he is trying to do but he won't get anywhere calling us.

Michael at National Inc. called to talk to my companies owner about a "FedEx" package. When I asked him what was supposed to be in the package he said he would call my owner's cell later and hung up. Very rude. Do not fall for this. So ridiculous.

So he always calls and asks for our CEO by name like he knows him, "oh it's so & so over at National" "oh he's not in today? can I get his mobile again?"  Me to him "uh definitely NOT! We don't give out that information" ... little does he know I have an extensive spreadsheet of all numbers of scammy callers, I see that he called me back in September and was very rude and hung up on me, so therefore you will never get through.

Same as above.  Some nonsense about a Fedex package.  These losers are the height of laziness - our phone system would allow them to dial the person's extension and/or use the dial by name directory.
