I came extermely close to sending this guy product from a client until I found out he was a scam. In a very polite way, I told him he would not be receiving products and we would be blocking him. To which he responded, "I will write a feature article on your company about Lack of Manners". Do not ever work with this guy.

"i work with an editor with NewsView magazine and several other publications in the New York area.
One of our editors wanted to assign one of our reporters to do a feature article  on your company and your products ..." - Edward Arm 516-374-3814

Working in both media and PR, the moment he asked for free samples with no interest for press releases, media kits (didn't even know what a media kit was) was when the alarm went home. Very persistent in getting free products but could not prove his credentials and did make the effort to capitalize or use spell check. Beware scammers! Don't pick up or waste your time entertaining him.

I hate to admit that I fell for this; I arranged for my client to send a free battery for his "Cambry," which he claims he never received. Another person with the same phone number tried it again six months later, but we were on to them by that point.

I'm so glad that you posted this. After receiving multiple emails from Edward Arm and repeatedly asking him for more information on the publications that he represents (with no response) I finally blocked him.

FYI - He is now claiming to write for six publications:
"three print-News/View Magazine, Long Island Entertainer , New York Entertainment"
"three on line, Long Island Browser, Long Island Music Scene, Long Island Patch"

I hate to admit as well that he successfully scammed our charity.  He emailed to ask if he could send a reporter +1 to our fundraiser to report on the event.  We should have known something was amiss when he sent the same email 6 times.  He showed up to the event with a friend and proceeded to eat and drink for the evening.  They looked like complete dirt bags and seemed drunk upon their arrival.  Multiple people approached him and asked if he wanted to speak to the President of the charity and he declined.  He and his friend stumbled around the venue.  They finally left (not until dessert was served) as friends and family began to interrogate them.  Our charity supports pediatric cancer patients.  It is infuriating that these low lives took money away from our good work.  .
