Caller ID says " Allstate Ins" left no message.  I have no dealings with Allstate. Probably spoofed number.

I had received a call from an insurance firm hawking their products.  I advised then to no longer call me, as I am on the DNCList...  They hung up but I still receive calls during the day with a dead line, no voice.
