If you get a call from 516-299-9032 Glen Head N.Y. do not answer.  It is a scammer trying to get access to your computer and charge you for it.  They claim to call from Microsoft Tech support, saying that they see a problem on their servers coming from your computer.  Microsoft Tech will never call you for this it is a scam.  The phone numbers change constantly but the scam is the same.  The person at the other end male or female speak with a sometimes heavy East Asian accent (Indian or Pakistani).  Again Microsoft would never cold call about this kind of issue.
