After a long hiatus, I've received three calls this week from that fake "Canadian pharmacy" - as before, they use a software program which utilizes American phone numbers that are "out of service" so they can pretend they're based in the US. I block them right away.  With all the data collecting and cell monitoring that is going on, I wonder why the telecomm industry hasn't figured out a way to shut this down?
