They ccalled me this morning also, and a machine told me that I was being sued. The recording guy gave me a number to call back but it went so fast i didnt get a chance to write it down.

They called me on my cell and said my name and social were going to be sued.  They gave me another number to call back but it was not the same number.  GET RID OF THESE A..HOLES!!!

Got a call yesterday evening from William Jacobs of Downing & Schmitt. Left a message that I and my social were being sued per code 925 and that they were going to garnish my wages. However, if me and my attorney called them back, they'd try to work something out. NOT FOR THIS!!!!!!!

I really appreciate you post regarding this phone number. I got a voice message from this number this morning saying that I was being sued; and exactly the same story like yours. Apparently, many people got the call as well. Hope they can stop harassing people.

Received same message as above post.  Caller William Jacobs with non american accentstated I would be sued and wages garnished. What I don't understand is why they never communicate these messages in writing.
