Yep. Ur certainly correct there. And if it's truly a business call, they'll leave a message. Before I stopped answering the phone, I'd been telling them, "Good. If ur giving me a 'refund', mail it to me!"
When he said he's from Microsoft, I said, "no ur not. This is a scam." Then I recited for him that old adage, "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me TWICE, shame on me. You'll NOT try to scam me again!" Then I'd hang up. Like u, tho, I've stopped answering the phone unless it's someone in my family or another number I recognize. Besides, ppl must remember that most businesses don't give refunds without a fight, most of the time. That's just bad business that will have them not making as much of a profit as they'd like. Lol
