Called me for someone I've never heard of obviously working off an inaccurate call list

CID is RTR Financial. The caller left a message that was so garbled it was hardly understandable, but I did get that they said 516 and it was very important to call the number back.  Fat chance!!

I also got one message so garbled I couldn't even understand the response phone number. Had to look it u on my call menu for call history. I called back, it goes to voicemail. they are a collection agency but I have zero debt of any kind So what are they after?
