He called cellphone. Had broken English. He mentioned he ha $9800 for us. I told him I wanted to do with him or his money. He got mad and told me he was with the government, and I needed to shut my mouth. I told him he called me that he needed to hang up. Finally I guess he wanted his line back, so he hung up.
