Man claimed to have spoken with an executive who has been overseas for a couple of years now.  When I said that he wasn't here, he acted surprised, reiterating that he'd talked to him just last week (an old ruse).  He requested the new number, I refused, he started to give me a hard time but then hung up.

This number currently belongs to Regis Capital. I'm on the west coast and they call around 6:00 am, weekdays. They always ask for Charles. I've had this number for 12 years and we have repeatedly asked them to stop calling as there is no Charles here. I believe they are investment brokers.

Scammers. They call here all the time. They never stop even if you ask them nicely or are very rude. They don't care.

Called again - blocked again - blocked forever.
Please purchase a call blocking device that can block entire area codes.  We have had these CRIMINALS blocked for over 1 year.  We have the entire 516 area code blocked thanks to our D*gitone call blocker.

I asked him not to call anymore. He called anyway. I nicely said goodbye and hung up. He left a nasty message on my answering machine. Nasty, rude person. Invasive and he does not listen.
