Man claimed to have spoken with an executive who has been overseas for a couple of years now.  When I said that he wasn't here, he acted surprised, reiterating that he'd talked to him just last week (an old ruse).  He requested the new number, I refused, he started to give me a hard time but then hung up.

Aegis Capital assuring me it wasn't a sales call (but it was).  Wanted to set a time to talk to me about investment opportunities. Contact was unsolicited and was on my work line.  They also called me on my unlisted cell from a different number (516-781-5672).  Both my work and cell are on the DNC registry. Whether or not it is legit (may be), given it was not solicited and ignored my DNC wishes it is not someone I would care to do business with.  However, they were very polite at least.

Called 6 times in one minute.

Aegis capital soliciting call at 9:45 pm not acceptable!  I picked up, he asked for my husband who was sleeping, said he'll call back another time! I'm sure you will, but you won't be getting an answer!

Called repeatedly in 1 minute until blocked.
