This number called our business today at 1406 hours.  Caller ID said "Garden City NY" so I figured it was yet another scammer/spammer.  I picked up the receiver slightly and put it right back down.  But no one had reported the number here yet so I blocked my phone information and called it back. Some guy answered with a, "Hello?  This is Gary."  Or something like that.  I told him I was trying to find out why he had called us.  He asked where I was calling from but I wasn't falling for that.  I told him, "We don't have any customers in New York."  He replied, "Oh.  I'm from a lending group--"  That's all I needed to hear.  I told him what he could do with himself and slammed the phone back down.  Basically every single day we get a call from a so-called business lender from a New York phone number.  Tired of these bottom feeders trying to waste our time.  If we need/want a loan, we sure as hell aren't going to get one from some "company" who cold calls and doesn't even answer their phone as a company.
