Called my business cell phone and when I answered it was recorded message about lowering my interest rates. It's bad enough that telemarketers call my home phone number constantly even though it's on the Do Not Call registry, but it really angers me when they call my cell phone. I blocked the number.

This happened to me too! When i called back, all I got was push one to remove my number from their calling list!
