I get many calls from this number. They claim they are national grid. When i call back the number is no good. Who are these people? how did they get my number?

Called our DNC registered landline on 10/22/2014 @ 01:22 PM from Cedarhurst, NY Caller ID shows Hewlett, NY.
I *67'ed the number. “You have reached a call source number that is no longer in service.”
I have Blacklisted this number. If this number calls again it will be registered to Caller ID history, but the phone will never ring.

They call but never leave a message. Caller ID just says Hewlett, ny
