receive numerous calls from this number,they hang up and when i try to find out whos calling it says the number is pout of service

I have received numerous calls from this  number and they always hang up once I answer.  Today I called the number back from an untraceable number and spoke with an individual who said they are "the Economic Relief Center".  They told me if I wwanted more information about their company I should just google them.  I told the supervisor that there are numerous Economic Relief centers listed on google and wanted to know which company specifically was theres...as she was googling her own company to find a "superior" that I could contact,,,she disconnected me.  I've blocked this number so we will see where it goes from here.

This phone number is highly suspicious , with no contact name, hang ups & disconnections that should be blocked ASAP
