Thanks Jayson -     The return address on the letter is 125 NE Venture Dr., Suite K, Waukee, IA 50263

When I google the address and phone number it comes up as a business.
Little fishy if you ask me, I am not going to call. I wonder is this is harassment since its through the US postal service???

I received a letter just like this and I live in Colfax. I got mine on Feb 15th.  I know who Jayson Ray is and he lives in Newton.  Both numbers that I found were disconnected.  Don't know what it is but I guess it is a hoax.  On the web it said that he owns Drywall Ideas in Waukee.  

Mine sounds like the same exact letter just with my name Jody.
