Credit card blab from an automated message

Solicitor named Credit Card Relief.  Falsely claimed they have been monitoring my credit report for the last 6 months.  No live person.  It just plays recorded message about credit card loan program.

jokers called my cell - no message left.  CID shows to be from Des Moines, IA.  Blocked !!
