Call originates from central Iowa. DesMoines area code. Asked for Shelley. When told having wrong number, caller said something about removing my number from the list?

The Polk County Office of the Iowa Victory Campaign --- they have called my number for every person that does or has lived here for the past 2 years so far.  They keep the mailbox full so you cant leave a message to get off the call list.
