Guess I'm the first one to report the new FBI SCAM NUMBER these slimes are using. Same computer 'voice' saying the FBI filed a lawsuit against me, and that I have to call them back, blah blah blah. Yesterday, our Sunday paper reported that some poor idiot, living in my town, called the number back and gave them his cc info. and they took his money. I don't know why my phone blocker allows a message to be left - my phone rings 6 times before the vm picks it up.

A recorded computer message saying that the IRS is persuing legal action against me, hahaha, not falling for it!

I tried calling them back to screw them, just like the fake Microsoft employee that keeps calling me saying my computer is hacked and he needs to fix it. They didn't answer though. No fun today i guess

Keep in mind you may be harassing INNOCENT people who are getting many of these calls due to the fact that the number was SPOOFED. Which could mean YOUR number might have been added to a list that the innocent party could be taking to the cops. NEVER ASSUME that the number who calls you actually BELONGS to company in question.
Oh, by calling back repetitively? Yeah, you're no better than the scammers.

I received the same call, recorded message claiming to be IRS filing a lawsuit against me. Not buying it. The IRS sends letters if this were the case, they do not call you. The IRS has an alert on their website warning against these calls. BEWARE. Do not call them or give any information to them, it's a scam.
