No clue who it is. Probably some scam like most numbers. You can download and app called Mr. Number to hang up on calls or send to voicemail. It works great!

I got a call today but did not answer. I don't answer any calls that are unknown numbers to me. They did not leave a message. May they never call again.

Received call from this s=number "Credit Card Services" reduce your credit card interest. Stayed on line to talk to individual. Informedhim taht I was on do not call list and he responded with you "piece of sh_t m--ther fu--er.
Then hung up on me
