Honestly if you don't know the number or who has the number you shouldn't even answer. You never know whether or not if it's just a scam or not. I once kept getting constant calls from Florida from an unknown number and luckily it wasn't a scam, just a guy thinking that my number was that of a Walmart store.

I am from Iowa and this is an Iowa area code, though the person is likely not at all from here. I didn't answer for two main reasons: 1- I just don't answer calls to numbers I don't recognize. and 2- There is no number at all in Iowa that I've ever seen with a fake movie number...they may as well have been calling from 555-5555.
I immediately looked it up after ignoring the call and was not surprised to confirm what I thought about it. Just ignore it, don't answer it at all unless you wanna mess with them I guess.
