Caller ID states "Dir Asst IA".  I answered and no one was there. Not sure what scammer it is.

Received a call from "Dir Asst IA" and let it go to the answering machine.  Apparently an unnamed person at my phone number won $25,000 in a unnamed contest that this unnamed person supposedly entered a year ago and caller was trying to contact this winner (again name not provided) to congratulate them and have them call right back.   I received the exact same message on another number the week before and blocked it.  Since it comes up on the Caller ID as "Directory Assistance" you might think it is legitimate call and pick it up but DON'T!  It is definitely a scam.
