No one responded when I answered the phone

Same thing happened to me

I got the same call from this number. They were calling my mother's house and I answered the phone. They asked for my mother and when I asked who was calling, they hung up on me

Caller ID showed this number. Googling it brought me to this website. Very useful. Does anyone know how to stop these?
