Calls every morning no speaking its a computer

I get this call too. Sometimes it says "Hi this is Timothy." I dont give a [***] who you are. STOP CALLING

They are a collections company wanting your money, answer and make a payment plan 'cause they are not gonna stop till they recieve payment!

This practice is in violation of the fair dept collection act.  You can answer the phone, but don't answer their questions or agree to anything, tell them not to call anymore.  Keep a log of all received calls.
Write them a letter asking them to cease and desit any phone contact. If they continue to call, I have a name of a really good attorney, who will sue them and get you a cash settlement without any money out of your pocket.

For the past several weeks I have been receiving these calls nightly and sometimes during the day. It is a computer generated voice. I have no bad debts so I'm sure it is not a bill collector as one suggested. It is tiresome and I will report it the the Missouri Attorney General office as I am on the "No call List"
