"Emily" sounded real, even said something like, "Sorry, I didn't hear you I was having trouble with my headset." Then her voice got more recording sounding as she went on about my recent stay at one of their resorts and I'm now qualified for a 75% off stay or cruise or something. I repeatedly asked her if she could hear me, which was not the "yes" response she was looking for until the system hung up on me.
