I don't, but they just called me, too. And if several people are reporting the same number, it's an indication they're a telemarketer.

A robocall from Google about advertising - A search shows this number to be from Des Moines, IA. A land line using NEUTRAL TANDEM-IOWA, LLC - IA. They keep calling using a different new number after being told to remove my number from their call list and blocked.

Someone called me from this number while I was already on the phone with someone else. I have MagicJack & it logs all phone numbers both in & out. I called the number back & it was a robot from MagicJack telling me that my subscription was expired (It was 2 days ago) & wanted to sell me a new plan. I assume they use the same number to call others!!!!

BTW, it isn't google. It is some scammer claiming to know how to manipulate google.
