What astounds me is that most of these spam/scam/phish calls seem not to be using area codes from certain parts of the United States. Their area codes indicate mid-west and far-west state origins (unless that is all spoofed, of course, and it probably is.) I guess we're being deluged right now because these creeps figure everyone is home getting ready to watch the Super Bowl on TV. Baloney! They are just mean and nasty!
