I just got a call from these guys claiming to be from "credit card services" and they said I could qualify for a lower interest rate on my credit card.  After pressing 1 per the recording, I actually got a live operator who "qualified" the scam.  He verified that I had at least 8k in total debt across 6 different credit cards.  He also answered my question that he'd be able to lower my rate on multiple cards.  He also got my last name (not really), confirmed my state and the phone number he had dialed.  He had a moderate but perfectly understandable Jamaican accent.  The entire call was riddled with pops and jitters associated with poor VoIP calls.  At this point he transferred me to "another department" and I decided to go ahead and hang up.  (I'm at work after all)

13 Minutes later I got a call from 4802134526 which I did not answer.

Called and left no message.  I did not answer, since it was not a recognized phone number. Looked up area code to see if anybody I know lives in that area, - nobody, If there was somebody I would have called their number not the unkown number.   Reverse lookup was a poor source of info as to who it may have been. Just more Scammers, I figured, that bought a list of numbers and looking for the next victim.

Called and left no message.  Found blog re this number and folks are saying it's a credit card scam.

SCAMMERS!  I got the same call as Michael above.
