received a phone call from this numbers   says from Ames, but I doubt it......no message left

Caller ID says AUTO ALERT. It's a scam about auto warranty.

Call from "Auto Alert" only answered while I was working as I thought it was like a "code red".  Should be a regulation on telemarketer and collection agency POP/Caller ID notifications!!!

Call from Auto Alert. Have had several calls from them - answer but no one there. Hang up, pick up the phone and dead air. Do this for several minutes. Do not appreciate having phone line tied up like that!

This is a scam, trying to sell a phony auto warranty. I am on Do Not Call list so this is a violation.
