Caller ID says Healthcare? wtf?

They leave no messages

This number has called my home phone numerous times with Caller ID: "Healthcare".Also,another very similar number with the ID "Richard Jenkins"
has called-don't know if they are related. No messages were left from either caller.

It is a company boasting that for as little as three dollars a day you can get healthcare and dental care and whatnot. Whatever they are selling, I am not interested. I have tried to be removed from their list over three times, pressing the number you are directed to press if you wish to be removed.
Today, when they called AGAIN, I was frustrated. I waited for a real person, and asked to speak to a manager. I was not allowed to speak to a manager, and the rude 'healthcare provider' told me he would remove me from the list by pressing number buttons while I was on the phone with him. (I don't believe he actually did anything)  He also said that his company is not the only company making these calls and there are many databases with people's numbers, so the calls will continue. He refused to tell me a way to remove my number from all data bases and hung up on me.

Caller Kelley Summer on Caller ID. No messages.

This caller calls every day, several times a day, under different numbers and callerIDs, but it's the same company.... healthcare related. I waited the message out, which brought me into an automated system, where I clicked 1. I got a live person and told them to remove me from the list, which they said they would do immediately, then hung up on me. They are worse than spam mail, if you ask me! The last 3 callerIDs were Kelly Summer, Jessica Marshal, and Healthcare.
