they called asking if we were in forclosure "no", they said they could help with the Obama restructioning stimlus plan. i told them we had a 30 year at 9% interest, and asked what they could do. They would be able to give us 4.5% interest rate, and they would call our lender. Explained we must talk it over and call them back. the number to call would be 909-483-6766.
