All they do is call during the day when no one is home and leave no messages. Who are they?

They call us too  4X daily with no message.  Who are these people?

These people are rude and hang up when I say the person they are calling for is not home. One slipped up and said who they are and where they are calling from. Wells Fargo Financial. But that name does not show up on my caller ID, instead it is a bunch of number; 844 005164 00 0. I have told them when to call but they insist on calling in the morning when no one is home.
