Final notice, offer expires today; press 1 to speak with live operator. Live operator indicated it is a company in Atlanta, GA working on Visa and MasterCard accounts owned by a number of companies, including Bank of America, Chase, Wells Fargo, etc. I am on the Do Not Call Registry and asked how they got my number. He said this is an automated dialer call.

Looks like a newly spoofed number for 2017.  Could be those "business loan" callers, I have been getting a run of those since September.  Ignored and blocked.
