These clowns are roto-dialing my friend's number.... 89 years old...several times a day. Absurd and I believe illegal after I asked them to stop.

its the iowa department of revenue, but who ever heard of them sending text message???? Googled the phone number and tada...here it is....

Iowa Dept of Revenue - leaves an almost impossible to understand message saying to call them. Never worked in Iowa, don't ever go there...except to see the KISS concert!

Since the Dept of Revenue weather state or federal do not call you they use the U.S. mail I'd say it's a scam.
