No, I don't know.  But we got a call from this number, per caller id, yesterday.  The caller was terse and short.  I called back minutes later and got an automated "this number is not in service" message three times.

Just got a call. Do not answer calls when I don't know who is calling. A collection agency is looking for someone with the same last name, with the same first initial, as me. I found someone locally that fits the bill. If I can find the person why can't they? Leave me alone. I PAY MY BILLS.

I called this number back and got a recording saying that the number had been disconnected.
