calls, rings a few times then hangs up. unknown caller ID.

Called, I Didn't pick up and then they left me a 20 second long voicemail with nothing but static, something that sounds like voices, then it cuts off, and more static. This happened 20 other times with the same static recording and this indecipherable voice
