I have received numerous calls and voice mails from this number stating I have a pending case and if they don't hear from me then it will be documented that I am waiving my right to counsel and the case will be submitted and to cover myself accordingly. Are these people not aware when someone has a case against you that you will be notified via a process server coming to your door and/or leaving the summons? Stupid!

Left a voicemail asking for a return call from myself or my attorney. Pending case and she needed to hear back from me today.

Received a call saying I have a case pending against me for a pay day loan....but couldn't give me any information about any thing....

I had another threatening call from this number today. They are aggressive and will hang up on me if I make a rational statement backed by the current laws. I don't owe anyone any money. I am elderly and disabled. How do I stop them ?
