I did have numerous pay day loans so for me it's not a scam.  But.......if they can't give you the original debt I wouldn't respond.  I've paid back most of them.   There is protocol as to what they can and can't do.  I have an article from the newspaper I cut out.  Google it and print it out and next time Ms. Big Wig calls read her her rights, lol.

Keep calling stating I have a case pending call your attorney or waive your rights to counsel
