I got this exact same call today, mine was from Doris Johnson in Richmond VA. she said I had a payday loan from 2008-2011 while I was in the Navy. She knew my address, my bank was navy federal, and that I was in the navy. Really scary and I have never gotten a payday loan in my life.  I'm glad to see that this is a scam.

I am calling from MRP Services and we have a pending legal suit against you.  You or your legal counsel needs to contact this office.  If you do not contact this office, govern yourself accordingly.  Her name is Teresa calling from 515-212-2470.  I have also received the same message from Lisa Overton from Hunter Knight Mediations and her number is 515-200-7945.  I knew this was going to be the same type message due to the phone number.
