I got this exact same call today, mine was from Doris Johnson in Richmond VA. she said I had a payday loan from 2008-2011 while I was in the Navy. She knew my address, my bank was navy federal, and that I was in the navy. Really scary and I have never gotten a payday loan in my life.  I'm glad to see that this is a scam.

There is nothing legal about that call.  If a real process server had papers to deliver, the lawsuit would have already been filed at the courthouse.  In addition it violated section 807 of the FDCPA.

I received the same call but from a different number 515-212-2416 and she said that her name was Jennifer Walker. Don't answer the call they are just trying to see who they can pray on.

Same call, Jennifer Walker tried to get me to verify my personal information which I didn't. Told me I took out a payday loan and I was going to go to jail. She's too funny. Called me from 515-212-2146 as well.. don't answer..
