Probably time to buy a call blocker device, app, or phone.
Google "call blocker" to see the various types, and find one that best meets your needs.

Ten calls in two days. All went to our message service where the recording was cut off after only a word or two. The longest recording was "...if you are [first name] press 1. If you are not [first name] press 2. ..." The "voice" was computer generated and the name was inserted with a different "voice." Now we are home and I will try to pick up before it goes to the message service... but this may not be possible as the caller ID will probably appear as "unknown" or show a spoofed ID which we don't recognize and would not pick up in any case. (We get as many as a dozen calls a day we don't pick up for various reasons!)
