Who is this? Anyone know?

This number keeps calling anyone know who they are

Called my cell too, when I called back the voice mail is in french.....still no clue who it is.

My husband answered from this number at 8pm The man that was on the phone asked for me and said he was from enterprise car rental. I just returned a rental yesterday. THe man kept cutting out and then hung up. I called back at 845 and the answering machine is all in French.
