they asked if they could speak to the owner of the credit card machine

wanted our debit card machine information. asked them what company they were calling from and say Applied merchants... ??!! kindly told them that we do things manual. And they hung up.

they call my store asking for the manager of the store,
i mentioned he was not in at the moment. Then i asked who is speaking and they just hung up.

I received several calls from this number telling me that I had gotton a discount on supplies for my credit card machine and that I still had shipments that I had to accept.  Twice I did accept some supplies and was told both times that would be the last call I would receive from them.  I would have to call them for further supplies.  I received another call and was told the same thing last week, I finally just hung up and told him that I was done with him.  They called again today, I didn't answer it.  They called themselves "Preferred Merchant Supplies".

I received a call from this company as well.
They tricked me in saying that the deal with our debit machine at work is that we have to buy supplies from them once a year. I wasn't aware there was no deal, and they weren't our debit machine supplier!!
Anyways, foolish me order it, paid. And one month later, they call and won't stop!!!!!
How do you get them to stop calling?? Apparently hanging up, yelling, doesn't work.....
IT'S A SCAM!! DO NOT ORDER!!
