Giuseppe MACRI & Charles SHERMAN are two scammers they claim that they are private real estate lenders, but all they do is take money upfront from clients and never finance. They have scammed over 50,000.00 $ in fees and owe over 150,000.00 to consultants brokers, and notaries and have managed to almost bankrupt 5 families. They operate in the Montreal Canada area. Mr. Macri has a company registered in Quebec Canada 2545 - 2251 Québec Inc. and place of business is located at 12,655  5E Avenue, Montreal QC. Hey Marco, Just read your thread and i am really concerned for some of my clients. I am an attorney and was preparing a transaction and something did not seem right about the individuals you wrote about. I believe i have enough to cancel the deal but i would appreciate if you have any additional information that you can share with us. I will keep it discreet and just want to avoid my clients getting frauded.

i would also think that as an educated person with extra years of schooling "peter" would be able to form an actual sentence.  I'll pass on the "peter" jokes for the moment, but reserve the right to start them later if need be.

Not actually interested with a vendetta. These guys claim they do construction loans and other forms of private financing. They issue documents emanating from foreign banks alleging the funds will be wired to a person's account.  These are obviously fake and contain many discrepancies that experienced lenders would never make. Furthermore, no conventional securities were demanded to secure the loan amounts. In any event, Marco's thread simply confirmed what we thought and we thank him for that.
