Been getting calls  for a week but only automated msgs. Sometimes more than once. Just got a call 15 mins ago ( at 8:30pm!) from some guy. (Sounded in an extremely busy and loud place and had an American accent, from the south) Said he was calling on behalf of the Ministere de l'Educaton du Quebec about survey about a program I had graduated from was a little rude. I could really hear what company he sais he was from. Something lie Avantis Firm.... This is getting on my nerves.

I believe it's from Quebec Education Ministry for a Survey regarding some course you took.
