It's the usual CRA scam that you owe money and, if not paid immediately, the cops will show up at your door to arrest you.  I have a Panasonic phone that allows me to block numbers while the phone is still ringing, so that's exactly what I did because it's a Montreal area code.  They've called 4 times since.

Robo call threatening lawsuit and arrest from "Canada Revenue". They have called 6 times in the last 4 days. What a scam. If anyone knows of a way to report them to Bell Canada, post it please!

They're also calling from 844-477-2327 and 844-883-9717.  Those numbers are blocked as well.
