Got a call just now from this number that said "Confidential" didn't answer, no message left. I'm getting really sick of these people calling my private number... and from what I'm reading being very rude. If it is a collection agency and they're being rude, like hell you'd get any money from me.

This is a Collections Agency. If you owe Rogers / Bell / MoneyMart / CashMoney / or Goodlife Fitness this agency performs collections

Received a call. Didn't answer. No voicemail. Aero is a collection agency that bell uses to collect on past due accounts that weren't paid.  I've had to deal with them before. It's not telemarketing, it's collection agency trying to recover unpaid services.

These same people called with bell Canada scam. After much badgering from me they gave their company name as Arro, Arron, Arrowroot, they kept putting me on hold and blasting loud music through my phone. The one caller sounded like a game player and that his purpose was to annoy people and tie up telephone lines. An oriental sounding accent came and went throughout communications. The other caller was the one putting me on hold and blasting the music. When I asked the one caller if they were deaf he put the oh I'm so hurt by your statement I wear a hearing aid ..... . I called Bell Canada who denies using such a company and seeing as my file is noted as being closed in my favour they will initiate an internal investigation in their own collections department.
