I worked for a call Center (we received calls, never called out unless we were requested a call back from a customer) and the company I worked for was in another country. No one really calls debt collectors so I think they really do call out.. but it also could be a scam! I actually do have bad credit so I avoid all unknown calls lmao but I still wouldn't trust it because of all these scams now a days!

I like how they quote a file no. , when you havent signed anything whatsoever and they want money from you tell them to take you to court. .. Oh wait they cant
