I have received calls from this number at 10am for two days in a row. I didn't answer but I have not been expecting any calls, so guessing another spam calls.

this number calls my cell phone every now and then but hangs up as soon as i answer. i tried calling back and the line has a fast busy signal. i also received similar calls from 514-228-7962. What are these calls about?? can anyone tell me?
